This looks like the client walked into the studio and asked for a stretched piece of pish from Harry Potter, but put some illegible text around it that nobody will be able to read in a year, and just to finish it off make it look like a smurf threw up all over the top of it.

Ahah "pish". Yes! That's the difference between a nice image and a nice tattoo there. That would be a decent logo but on skin, in time (not a lot in this case) it looks like a smudgey bruise.

They're new enough that nobody can give you a concrete answer for the good ones (lots of black solid lines, etc.) but the wispy ones with little regard to them being tattoos look awful after a couple years, if that.
