ok so when youre picking stats at the beginning, i guess you always want six in char but why would you ever put like, three into str? I can see maxing two to three stats and leaving everything at 1, i wish there were some actual faqs on char builds

I use VATS for close combat b/c the animations are hard to predict but that lets me get flawless headshots with a double barrel at point blank all day every day
