One of the main characters of Jojo has a last name that uses the same kanji as Touhou does for its name, so his name can be read as Touhou Jojo.

They are most likely penned while the author is totally blasted, as that's when he often works; when drinking heavily. Most of his musical compositions are done while drunk, or so the rumors go. By the way, aside from the numerous references to JoJo in the main games, ZUN's made it pretty clear he loves it. The biggest reference of which is Izayoi Sakuya, time stopping, knife throwing maid of a vampire. One of her super moves gets pretty blunt about this fact in one of the official fighting games.
