I turned off the realistic needs mod, it was a lot of fun in the beginning but once I was out of Whiterun every singly quest is sending you back and forth across the whole of Skyrim and you don't sleep on the cart so you always arrive dead tired (also starving and dehydrated). It really messes up the whole trying to keep a decent day/night awake/sleep cycle too.

Any other site is fine, but not everything is available elsewhere. I've tried: downloading multiple times, downloading with MO, downloading with 2 different browsers, downloading with a download manager, switching to a premium server, switching whether the download thing is a new page or pop-up on page, and "redownloading" (as opposed to deleting and downloading again). Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone have a workaround or something else to try? It's not like my internet is bad, I hit the download speed limit on non-premium and manage about 4MB/s using premium servers, so I don't think it's connection-related, at least on my end. I've been trying off and on about a week. Apparently the solution is to download using my Macbook Air . Rather inconvenient. I guess the problem is on my computer. Just posting this in case anyone else has this problem, I guess try another computer.

Does this not count as sleeping for a needs mod? That could be if the mod has strict requirements for where waiting several hours counts as sleep.

I don't know about any sleeping issues, but I thought it was neat that the mod used content that was already in the game, but I assumed had never been used. I'm probably going to add it now. I tried to install it manually but it doesn't appear to be doing anything. I put it in data/skse/plugins like the uncapper readme said but that folder doesn't come with the skse install, I had to make it manually. I also stuck the uncapper files in the data folder and I think in scripts.

Data\skse\plugins should have the uncapper.dll and uncapper.ini Then extract the sperg archive to data. It should overwrite the uncapper.ini with its own. Start skyrim normally and check the data tab and enable the mods. Close it and use skse_loader.exe to start it. That should be in skyrim\ Assuming skse is installed properly.

If you place it correctly, he should trigger it and then pop out. I know it works for draugr, but I've never tried it on a dragon priest.

So I've been poking around in the Creation kit for the last few hours trying to solve a really minor issue that bugs the crap out of me every time I play Skyrim. My Riekling followers don't use weapons, they just run up and punch stuff. Even when they have cool greatswords or Giant's Clubs. I've tried basically everything up to and including creating a custom follower and loving with the race menu in every way I can think of. If I disable hand to hand they'll run into combat holding their greatsword and do one of their idle animations before wandering off. I just want my dumb blue goblin to stab poo poo.

I pretty sure that they don't use weapons because they don't have animations for them. Ran into a similar issue with Draugr and certain spells as well as daggers. Besides, you should be rolling with the Steadfast Dwarven Sphere in your animal follower slot.

No they totally should use their spears and greatswords. Theres about a billion videos on youtube showing it off and you can even some times wrangle them into using Giant's clubs. Mine will hold the sword properly outside of combat, and even unsheathe it when I do, but near an enemy they just run up and hit things with their fists. It might be a mod conflict but literally none of my mods affect Rieklings according to TESedit so...

Didn't Rieklings get the same properties as children? Because with children you can make them equip stuff (I gave that little whiny boy in WR a Daedric warhammer once and he had it on his back), they just won't use it.

Scyantific posted:Full size. Huh, that's odd. I tried it out for a laugh and the hammer scaled with him. Maybe it's because I used placeatme to spawn him and equipitem to give him the hammer? In any case, this reminds me of how I always thought the placement of sheathed warhammers was a bit odd. It's the way the hammer part doesn't go down far enough, which makes the handle stick up so much that I don't think you'd be able to go through a doorway. Battleaxes are the same way. Apparently, real warhammers were sheathed with the hammer side pointing upward, so it didn't pull you down. I don't suppose there are any mods that change these positions?
