First run this week of Void Ark the drg feet dropped from the 2nd boss, they were the only thing at all I specifically wanted from the raid. The other drgs in the party didn't even roll on them.

That's the guy I had in pvp secure a few days ago that would just gently caress off and wander alone to get killed in mid (and drag along some few unsuspecting secure newbies), 2 minutes before the big node spawn (that lost us the match), while I was begging people to just chill and defend for one more minute, while having already himself the title for the 5k pvp kills achievement.

There are bigger deals in the world, but that name now stuck.

Similarly, Valve hired an economist. He went on to become Greece's minister of finance, for a bit, before he was ousted.

T9 requires :spergin: by each party member to know all the mechanics, cause one screw up can really ruin it for the whole party.

I watched a video of T9 and cleared it 3rd or 4th try  just make some notes of the mechanics your class has to deal with each phase and leave it up on another monitor

granted the people i went with had cleared it before so that probably helped

Vil

T9 still remains one of the tougher fights of the game because of the number and variety of mechanics, and the fact that an awful lot of their failure consequences are either straight-up "you die" or better yet "everyone dies".

There are quite a few other fights which are heavily on the side of "do the mechanic dance", but most of them have a fair bit more leeway for recovery and a screw-up is more apt to kill only the one person who screws up. (Cascading consequences aside, e.g. MT exploding themselves somehow.)

Orabilis

I like the T9 fight. It is unforgiving, as messing up most of the mechanics kills the entire party, not just you. Its not too difficult with voice chat and someone who can handle marking the dive bomb locations. Its also the last fight I had a static for, and people still try to get glamour from it now and then. I'd like to clear final coil sometime...

Going in for one of those glamour farms without watching a video first is a great way to ensure everyone else has a bad time, though.

T9 has some similarity to Ravana Ex and Thordan Ex, which are also mechanics-heavy fights with cool music where a screwup can easily lead to multiple deaths or a wipe. They are easier at their intended ilevels than T9 but if you like one you'll probably like the others.

A3S can be compared, but to my knowledge nobody actually enjoys fighting Savage Jigglybutt.

I've been in T9 once. My FC decided to do some unsynced runs of it for a slew of new people and it was going alright until my connection decided to poo poo the bed.

Naturally right as my connection goes really horrid and I say to myself "welp better hope I don't get 2 meteors" is when I get targeted by the first 2 meteors.
