100% guarantee the CE is spinning this story that Larches is trying to ruin the station by leaving without notice, and anything that goes wrong in the next 10 years is due to Larches' lack of documentation / failure to set things up properly / introducing non-buffalo products to the environment. He will learn nothing and will do this same thing to the next poor sap that fills Larches' chair.

It's amazing how a question like, "Why did it take a week to resolve this issue?", can sound so different coming out of his mouth than it did coming out of my old (psycho) boss's mouth. Current guy just wants the information so he can make changes next time if he needs to. Old guy took absolute delight in the opportunity to try and make you feel like you failed and otherwise rub your nose in it.
