The Broncos announced Peyton Manning (foot) will miss "at least" the next two weeks.
Manning met with renowned foot specialist Dr. Robert Anderson in North Carolina on Monday regarding his torn plantar fascia. Manning's foot will be in a cast for at least one week, but coach Gary Kubiak does expect him to be available for a couple games down the stretch run to finish out the regular season. Whether Manning gets his starting job back from Brock Osweiler remains to be seen. As long as Osweiler doesn't face plant and turn the ball over, we'd venture to guess he'd keep the job. He has a big test this Sunday night at home against New England.

4 to 8 will be inducted into the Hall.

Brett Favre and Orlando Pace are locks. (I don't understand why Pace didn't make it in last year.) So that leaves 2 to 6 more choices.

I think it's likely that Kurt Warner, Jimmy Johnson, and Tony Dungy will make the cut. Terrell Owens and Tony Boselli are kind of long shots. Alan Faneca is somewhere between "likely" and "long shot". I'm not really impressed by the rest of the candidates, personally, but I'm not sure how the selection committee will think about them.

The Ravens are gonna draft in the top 5 and draft a generational defensive talent even though all Joe Flacco has to throw to is Methusela Smith Sr, some missing in action torrey smith clone who looks older than Brandon Weeden somehow, and some guys off the Browns practice squad who are also grocery clerks, and i'm probably gonna be sick with jealousy for next 10 years

Well I guess this answers my question about Zach Thomas unless he's not eligible yet for some reason (it's 5 years out of the game isn't it?). I'd say he's definitely more deserving than Roger Craig or Ty Law.

Also put Kevin Greene in already.

Ponder went in the top 12, Jameis #1, Tebow and Manziel first round, etc etc. I get the hope that "oh hey maybe THIS is the one obvious bad QB bust the league will let slide" but he's getting picked in the first round because the league is dumb

The loving Ravens are not drafting Hackenburg.

Maybe the Browns.

A little early to call jameis a bust. He just styled all over a team with a "good" secondary (relative to the poo poo chip stocked the eagles with elsewhere)

I dunno, people said the same thing about Cam coming out of college.
Plus Jameis has been pretty good, he's been playing at an almost Ben Roethlisberger level

Plowing his balls right up the middle of the field with no regard for the defense being put up?

Luigi Thirty

Emergency confection port.

Jameis is a piece of human garbage but he's not a bust yet unless your definition of bust is "not Touchdown Tom." He's very good at handing the ball off to Doug Martin and throwing balls 50 yards downfield into triple coverage.
