Even if it's the age of consent you can be charged with statutory rape if the parents so deem fit right? I think in America you can. Also age of consent doesn't protect against images. I'll also never understand the need for people with famous faces or names going after poo poo they know well and good is illegal. Like cool, you do drugs, whatever.
