I think he meant that it is doubtful its a coincidence. Last I heard the theory was that there was an argument at the San Bernardino Health Department Holiday Party. Suspects later came back and started shooting. This dude working for the Health Department fits that.

Yes, yes, it's Fox News, but reports are cops have the names of the two killed, but are holding off until they are absolutely sure they can confirm the identities match the bodies.

I'm also hearing conflicting information that the name mentioned earlier (Farooq Saeed) was 'brushed off' during the investigation, but that only meant that name didn't turn up in any databases, but at the same time that name was traced back to the apartment that one of the suspects was believed to be hiding in? This last set of information is a jumbled mess.
