Hey folks, remember a while back that the Department of Labor wanted to change the thresholds for overtime rules? Can anyone tell me what the process for changing this rules looks like? I know the commenting period is over, but is it essentially a done deal, is there a partisan commission or is it like the FCC where they can just make the rules and then fight it in the courts? I know this isn't as exciting, but if the rule passes it would do a great deal to stop a good deal of overtime abuse.

That way family/responsible persons know what the police took and can try to get it back when they're done with it. It's also a good way to cover your butt so that family members don't start accusing you of just stealing stuff.
