e: Also, re: gross teeth. My very AUG neighbor has like, maybe ten or eleven teeth that are all brown and he's maybe 35. Some people just don't care. I personally don't have the best looking teeth on the planet but I at least have the capacity to be ashamed of them and also care for them at the same time. I'm pretty convinced that the kind of level of rot that we're talking about on people who aren't homeless/extremely mentally ill are the kinds of people who aren't say, embarrassed about jerking off with scat. Or, if you're my neighbor, the kind of person who answers the door with a taser or who wears the same pair of jorts for three months without washing them.
