But wasn't Corrections already a steaming pile of poo poo when Collins was in charge, it's just we didn't find out until whats-his-name was in charge. Guess it's not so much "Collins can fix it!" but "Collins can hide all this stuff so it doesn't embarrass us in 2017's Election Campaign"

From the outside I think that A) term limits should be extended to more political positions and B) term limits should also cover immediate family to try to limit the creation of political dynasties.
