Oh man I totally thought it just was...netflix and chill! Like the best thing. Husband and I are watching Friday Night Lights right now and it doesn't (usually) evolve into sex (mostly because I'm still post op back surgery which makes couch sex difficult altho ok I'm going to stop now....kids these days I'll let ya what.

That's been my experience with Welsh Harlequins, which have some overlap with Orpingtons. Typically you will have one of the females that makes all the noise and is sort of a "lookout" for the flock, and the rest will echo her alarms. If she goes away (re-homed or otherwise), another female steps up to assume the role.

My friends settled on "Ludo" for the wee baby kitten found in their foundation.
He's doing so well, considering the vet said "expect the worst". And he now looks like an actual kitty!!
