I've been trying not to pick on Jeb cause it's such low hanging fruit, but this is the 2nd time I've seen that his campaign is trying to spin as a good thing, the fact that he is competing with SIX other candidates for 2nd place in New Hampshire. best case scenario he still loses to Donald Trump in Iowa, SC and Nevada. The only thing sadder are the marks that keep writing him checks.
