I really REALLY love the comfy frozen feels of Narshe from Final Fantasy VI. The soundtrack, the visuals... it's so great.

I have a hard time choosing between the adorable and cozy Mineral Town in Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town or the Town in Harvest Moon 64. Hey, why not the best of both worlds? Mineral Town in Harvest Moon: Back to Nature for the Playstation (extremely chill on the Vita).

Rabanastre in FFXII was also cool because it was super bustling, they put a lot of random NPCs in but you could only talk to some of them which made it feel a lot bigger and busier

I'm hoping they package 1 with 2 or something for the new game, because I don't have access to my PS3 anymore. But I'll definitely play 2 when it comes out.

I don't like Costa del Sol that much, it's a cool change of scenery up to that point in the game, but there's nothing really to do there and the house you can buy there is too expensive and pretty much superfluous. It always seemed basically like a big tourist trap and kind of encouraged the complacency that allowed Shinra and others to abuse the planet, imo. Hojo just hanging out on the beach in his lab coat was cool, though.

I forget the name since it's been 15 years or so but the mountain settlement where you can do the army minigame and Red XIII is from there or something is probably up there for me, being a fan of mountain settlements.
