The 100 bag achievement is very doable, takes about an hour and ten minutes on overkill. You have time for about twelve or so bags if you keep all four around. We got lucky and got all three placements on the left side as you come in, and the fourth was immediately above the backleft corner-- very easy to defend. Finished with ammo and medbags to spare.
