First round was poor but I didn't think that was that bad of a first female fight in SUPERKOMBAT. Boring but at least there weren't ridiculous things like there were in the rest of the fights ed: Just as I say that, majority draw

Hatsu Hioki just turned up on the Pancrase 273 broadcast to confirm he's joining Pancrase & will be fighting for them in January at Pancrase 275, 31st January against Kyosuke Yokoyama. Maybe that's not so big news in the aftermath of UFC 194 but I do like Hioki. There's still Light Flyweight & Bantamweight title fights to come on the broadcast. Currently watching a grinding fight featuring former UFC fighter Issei Tamura against Takumi Nakayama, who has lost to some recognisable faces like Vitor Riberio, Kawajiri & Mac Danzig.

The Pancrase main event was awesome, everyone should watch it. Also Kento Kanbe is only 19 and seems to be a legit prospect. It's too bad he has to commit to a new weight class. Hopefully he goes up to 125 instead of down to 115 so he can fight real competition.
