ISO: Bourbon GBS. Just saw in the regular beer thread that it's being released soon and limits are higher than usual. FT: Here's the thing. I don't have access to many exotic things since I'm locked in mid-Missouri, and I'm not sure what GBS trades for generally. My cellar currently consists of things like Oude Tart, Saison Rue, Speedway Stout, Victory at Sea, a couple BCBS, Love Child #5. There are a few good local breweries in the area like Bur Oak, Second Shift, Logboat, and Piney River that distribute some decent stuff if you're into that kinda thing. Of course there's also 4 Hands and Urban Chestnut who do solid stuff in MO - 4 Hands in fact just released a variety pack of their Chocolate Milk Stout in horchata and tiki, which is apparently coffee and coconut. If none of this interests you, hit me up anyway and I'm sure we can figure something out.

Looking for a couple bcbs. Everywhere I go they have it at 17-20$ a bottle and I refuse to pay that much. I've got 13, 14 and 15 dark lord to trade, or anything local in Indiana (all 3 floyds distro, shorts, bells 30th, and most Sheldon bros.). I don't have PMs, email is jasonbohm3@gmail.com. Lemme know and we can work something out.

What's the actual value of BCBS and the variants? I'd like to get a flight going and I have actual rare poo poo like DDG and/or Alesmith BA Kopi Luwak Speedway, but those were all expensive to begin with

BA Alesmith stuff would be closer to 1-2. And if you haven't been keeping up: don't trade for Prop 15 which is loving awful.

It's just way easier to just find the bottle whale-y poo poo on draft, really.

Sure, if I want more than 1 bottle. Note: I won't pay these prices, either, for myself. I guess maybe if it was a special occasion, I didn't have notice, and none of the local restaurants had a bottle, then maaaayyyybe. The store is just a stupid gouge. They sell Russian River etc., too, but are totally clueless about beer. Back in the day, Cantillon was only marked up to about $30 here (DC).

Yeah, looking back on young 28 year old me, all of 7 years ago, when I used to have to drive an hour for a bottle shop or growler fill..... there was this store I would frequent for bottles,a nd I distinctly remember 4 or 5 different Cantillons on the shelf, and me going "who would pay $25 for a bottle of beer?" ... oh my how times change.

If I could go back in time, I probably wouldn't convince 2009 me to buy pappy 15 or 20 for regular price ($90/130). That's still pretty expensive.
