Taking a Romeo break, I came across this weird fellah on Flickr. All of his favorites are photos or videos of burning diapers. Apparently this is a thing diaper people will post. They are simply making an inappropriate joke and people who don't know them assume the worst.

Even if it's in good fun, it's still easy to misread, since no one can say for sure the intent.
