Not to mention that they're probably most sad they can't hype up what is basically a lottery system now, which I find it really hard to sympathize with. It would be like if Valve released a blog post about how sad they were that some guy figured out how to permanently break their digital items economy.

They'd probably be better off ignoring most of the bullshit on the internet, rather than post some whiny RIAA-inspired response to the leaks.

For anyone who's worried about Han Solo, that FYAD title is a joke based on a post from like 10 years ago about George Lucas dreamcrushing a young fan by telling him Han and Chewie died after the sixth movie. Lowtax did not get to preview Star Wars VII to help him own goons.

Kozilek has Menace, which is a red mechanic. Also I'd say draw mechanics that encourage you to go hellbent before using them are fairly red too. It's kindof reminiscent of a wheel.

The rare lands were impactful, and eldrazi decks are something, but this standard is to much like Theros/Khans and that is a major downside.

It did impact standard eventually, but the pro tour which I think Wizards has really banked on to showcase their new stuff, was a dud. New decks have emerged, and there are interesting things in BFZ but I think Maro hedging and what we've gotten from it match up. Draft wasn't as balanced/playable as it should have been, blue is to deep and green is to shallow, and standard hasn't been impacted enough for players satisfaction. I think the big win from BFZ is that more cards are playable in modern/legacy/vintage than first appeared to be the case. Painful Truths is good, Wasteland Strangler is good along with Ulamog etc.
