It's just always astonishing that the key to succeeding in business has nothing to do with being able to run an efficient organization, and is primarily based around being able to stay in long enough to loot the place and then talk your way into the next host. My better, prettier half is getting her doctoral hood today after years of grant writing and mouse slaughter in the name of Pharmacology and Experimental Neuroscience (cliff notes: she learned some neat stuff about how HIV gets into brain tissue and what it does once there, as well as noticing some neat things about ARV treatment against certain types of HIV). While this Shkreli news isn't going to top that, it's still a great start to the day.
