The instructor mentioned off-hand how his daughter liked Doctor Who, and he said it in a way that it was obvious that he didn't watch it. And then she said, "Well, it was the one where..." and then went into way too much detail. The guy was kind of dumbfounded, and I think the rest of the room was too. Like, why the gently caress do you care if someone who isn't even here saw some episode?
