Slightly more 3DS play than last year, but drat those first two. I don't even know HOW I played those more than Pokemon. TLV I ended up hacking in items to skip a large portion of grinding and it was still my top title of 2015. Overall though I think the Hyperdimension Neptunia series took the most time out of my year.

SYSNAND = your system's os (which will be 4.5) and EMUNAND = an emulated flash system that you boot into for  and everything. Nintendo hasn't done poo poo in regards to encryption with the O3DS system so EMUNAND hasn't been hindered at all. On Nu3DS they switched the keys along with fixing how the bootrom worked so the hackers cannot get the keys necessary for Nu3DS to boot into newer versions. If you go with gateway pretty much all you need to know is if there's a system update to wait and they release a new loader that supports the latest EMUNAND and update after you copy the new loader to your sd card.

I bought it at the holidays sale as well and already sunk 39 hours into it. Though being sick gives me a lot more time than usual. It has been a blast the entire time. Some the bosses are legitimately difficult and fun. Farming is dumb fun as always, though stupidly complex if you want. My only problem is the third act is locked behind rng bullshit.

I think it's cause I got the XL, it's not as pocket friendly so I've been leaving the system at home rather than taking it to work and playing during break, though I didn't realize I'd basically completely stopped playing until now. Maybe that'll change in 2016, new Fire Emblem coming in a couple of months, could see myself putting a lot of hours into that. The only game I played a lot of on my 3DS this year was Xenoblade at 130 hours, but my play time was VERY close to 420 hours overall this year at 421:41. Alas.

My yearly playtime differs from my total for a few games by as much as a dozen hours, even though I got the 3DS in 2015? It's weird.
