Why would someone choose to speedrun this game? It's not interesting mechanically, it's not difficult, it's not a fondly remembered classic. Is it just a big fish small pond situation?

They did superstar the last two events I think. So now we get this. I like Kirby games a lot, but this game looks kind of bland. How early in the 64s run did this come out?

Why is someone yelling DOUBLE FIRE why is that a thing Also Kirby 64 is far and away the blandest Kirby game and kind of a slog to go through in a post RtD and Triple Deluxe World. It's movement speed is abysmal, no hats, and the enemy design is super boring almost all the time.
