I studied game art and design at a for-profit college even though I could have easily qualified for a public university. they mostly made us do a shitton of busy work all of which belongs to the college now. course work was often 80 hours a week so I couldn't hold down a job. Government student loans didn't cover it so I put everything on my numerous lines of credit.

I made some great connections and with my solid work ethic, I easily landed a job working for one of my teachers from the college. the salary barely covers my payments and living expenses. I hope to land a job at Blizzard one day. only 25 years till I'm debt free!

housing affordability is clearly a supply-demand problem. there's just not enough houses for all the people that wanna live here! let developers convert prime agricultural land into highrise condos, and property values will become more affordable to people like us.
