I think we should all be thankful Fire Emblem is up next. Without scheduling long, crappy runs, there would no time in which to get some sleep.

that's because a FFT speedrun would be 4-5 hours

fastest time is just under 4 hours

I love FFT and think a speedrun could be interesting but not for 4 loving hours

The HYPE is through the roof for this 2 and a half hour turn-based strategy game speedrun.

e: no way I'm gonna be able to sleep for just 2 hours without it quickly turning into 5, and I need to catch Oracle of Ages. Off to do something else I guess.

I recommend rewatching the Prince of Persia run from SGDQ 2015 until LoZ: Oracle of something is ready.

Yep. Some games need at least decent RNG for a reasonable time, including Fire Emblem.

Binding of Isaac ran into a similar problem.

Late night/early morning runs often only have about a dozen people in the room.

And the mercy seat is awaiting,
And I think my head is burning,
And in a way I'm yearning,

And a tooth for a tooth,
And anyway I told the truth,
And I'm not afraid to die.
