My buddy lost close to 200lbs and has a similar problem. To me it looks like he got some cut rate plastic surgery done because while his man-tits are gone they didn't bother to relocate the nipple. My buddy is going to treat himself to a full body lift he keeps the weight off for 10 years. 6 down so far and still looking good.

But joke's on you, mom and dad, cause Junior decided the crawlspace was just fine for his gaming needs and never left, and now you have a basement troll you can never get rid of. My context/embarrassing confession is that in college, I briefly dated a guy who kinda lived like this because his parents had moved into a smaller house and then he hit hard times and had to move back home, but all they gave him was this crawlspace with a futon in it. He was at least working and saving money to move out and hadn't turned it into a gaming dungeon, but I haven't spoken to him in a decade so really he could still be in that crawlspace for all I know.
