I just gotta learn to make webms, but if it is as easy as just selecting a section of a video file and extracting the clip then I imagine a ton of people are going to be able to start posting high quality clips of multiple shows pretty soon. I figured out how to make webms (it's easier than gifs in some ways, harder in others) but I can't figure out how to upload it to imgur.... what the gently caress is a gifv? Anyway, here's a test sample, if others can tell me a way to upload/convert easier I'll do more. You could make higher quality gifs I guess. There will be a longer upload time of course. imgur doesn't let you upload video files like gfycat so iunno. It's a brave new world. I'll hollar if I come up with anything interesting.

Well I like making webms this way, it's fast and relatively straightforward. I'll probably just straight make gifs through virtualdub from now on though and then upload those to imgur so I don't have to set up a secondary gifycat account just to upload webms directly. Wrestle mp4 thread suffers from the same problem. It's too bad imgur won't accept video files and do the conversion in the other direction. Their gifv's work pretty well.
