Which I assume was broken by this recent change, not near a computer I can test it on.

I read the issue and listened to the audio. Meltzer wrote total nonsense about American Wolves to NXT. They/Davey are signing a guarantee deal with TNA similar to Matt Hardy when had a kid. Davey is a father soon. Meltzer when talking about the Wolves makes no mention of this scenario at all.
