Someone took, at the very least, a brightness and contrast editor to that. No haze, no burrs, great depth of field. I'm not gonna argue it's a fine picture, but there was some post done. Fess up, because if it is like you say it is, it only adds to the photog's cred. Don't Hide Great Work.

RAW is an image format. It allows for HDR but without taking multiple photos and having to combine them later. My mistake. Yes, tons of post though.
