I hate translating restaurant guides because the sentences all become the same after a while. They're so loving uninspired. 맛이 깊다, 구수하다, 시원하다, 칼칼하다, 깔끔하다, etc. etc.

The ones that come in America are usually just serrano peppers and shouldn't be too spicy..
