The part that gets me is that he almost falls on his rear end, but lands on his hip and then breaks the momentum with his forehead. I wouldn't have thought that was possible without meaning to do it. $5 says he poo poo his pants when he hit, however, and that it wasn't the first time that year that he did it. Where a thirty minute show would have maybe 20 clips and they'd all have stupid voice overs and "wacky" sound effects and slow motion? Or those "Incredible Moments" and "When Disaster Strikes" shows and they'd take a clip of a truck hitting a light pole and just go over and over it for an entire goddamn hour? And the ones where they show a funny video and then have talking heads talk about the video we all just watched two seconds ago. Here's Carynne-Lynne from season 90 of Big Brother, what does she think about this video of a dog wearing pants? Now here's this guy from some mediocre band from the 80s that had one hit song nobody's cared about for thirty years, what does he think? What I'm saying is, Fail Army and all the ones like them are a loving godsend. * Holy poo poo, I just googled it and found out the Australian version went until Feb 2014. And it seems the US version is still going. loving speechless. Megillah Gorilla has a new favorite as of 09:16 on Jan 19, 2016 |

Their current coach has been with them for 10 seasons. They've made the playoffs 8 times in those years, winning the super bowl once. Of the 7 games where they've lost and been eliminated - 5 of them have happened on the final play of the game. Five times in the last 10 seasons, they've been gut punched on the last play. In the 50 years since the super bowl has existed, no other coach has had it happen more than twice. Side note as a Packer fan - meh on the coin flip. The Cardinals won the flipless flip. Don't really care about the re-flip. Rodgers says he would have changed his call, but whatever. It was all so unprecedented that it's hard to get too pissed. You want to win? Don't allow scrambling QBs to hit wide open receivers for 75 yard plays.

Both my mom and my wife's mom, in the last year, have shown us the "Pinky the Cat" video that I swear I watched over a decade ago. Yet, it's new to them because someone forwarded it to them last month. My mother in law even tried to tell me to find a website called pink-cats.com, until we figured out she was just trying to share that video of the dude getting his balls clawed by an angry cat at a shelter. The real schadenfreude will be in another 9 years when most of the baby boomers are dead and traditional broadcast TV is dead. My schadenfreude will be a big "thank god" because these people are driving me insane on a daily basis. Fifteen years from now I'm going to forward old Vines to kids just to drive them nuts.

Three of those losses have been in overtime, which after a certain point is sudden death so of course its going to end on the final play. Its not like they're up 3 in the fourth quarter and giving up hail marys. I realize that's not much consolation to a Packers fan though.

I shouldn't have looked this up. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GRmwV9OnFbc But truth be told, at the end of the day, Packer fans are spoiled rotten and have little to nothing to complain about. Edit - Sorry non-football fans. More from the "1998 bad calls that would never have happened if instant replay was in effect" file. After the second time, I said gently caress it. If he wants to be here that bad, he earned it. We didn't see him after that though.
