It's hard to hear because of the voices being spoken over it, there's a glitch in Bionic Commando: Rearmed where you constantly scream after pulling off a trick. Basically your character is supposed to scream when he falls from a significant height and stop when he lands. Using an elevator in some way, you can prevent the whole "stops when he lands" part. It's like he developed a RARE SCREAMING DISEASE.

Another one from AGDQ: Battleblock Theater co-op runners need to have high latency in order to pull off some tricks. The runner playing as the cat/the comrade is the guest and is connected through a phone. Keep your eyes on his character through this set of three levels. (The narrator is connected over Skype and starts having issues at the same time.) Hopefully, somebody recorded his screen somehow, but probably not.

The pathfinding in Dragon's Dogma is generally pretty good, but sometimes on narrow paths it bugs out for enemies that are wider than they path their AI has to navigate and they just walk off in a random direction... ...which leads to wonderful screenshots like this.

Also pawns seem to just have this instinct to leap off cliffs. Especially in Bitterblack Isle where they'll spend a few seconds staring off the edge into the pit beyond, then hop over. "What a gaffe!" and then vanish forever.

I was so sad that it crashed shortly after I entered novigrad as fast travelling did not stop the glitch and I found some waitresses with pro air walking skills Also the Firmament is the sky  E: also i managed to trigger a cutscene but geralt just quickly landed and took off when the cutscene was over.
