If you mean outside of Rumia, there's a lot of ways to say about the same thing in Japanese. For example, Rumia might say "so nanoka?" whereas Hawkeye in FE7 says "so desu ka?" and Kate from Sketchbook says "sou nan desk car?" Regardless of the nuances they all end up translated as various forms of "really?" "is that so?" "is that soda?" etc.
