The whole situation is starting to seem like a child throwing a tantrum in a store and making all the shoppers around uncomfortable and angry while the parent just tells everyone that the kid will tucker himself out eventually and that the situation is under control because he's definitely not getting the toy he wants.

I cannot believe the FBI is negotiating with Bundy. Seriously, why didn't he get arrested when he met with them? Arresting him individually wouldn't cause bloodshed. It wouldn't interfere with their ability to continue the current "let them do whatever as long as they have guns pointed at us" strategy. It would be a free lunch for the FBI, basically. Thread contrarians, please help me to understand the FBI's logic.

If nothing else, it certainly undermines the liberal argument "what's the point of the second amendment, the government will crush you with tanks"  Apparently as long as you are white, no it won't. Which was certainly the only group the founders intended the right to bear arms to apply to in any case. The system works!
