I was fighting the drake yesterday and she started the fight by blasting it out of the sky and leaping on it and stabbing the poo poo out of its heart to the tune of like two health bars, then she spent the rest of the fight ambling around looking at trees and grumbling about goblins in the area

you guys talked up the shadow fort escort quest way too much. I was expecting it to be a huge pain so I saved it for later, but it was shortest + easiest escort quest I've done so far - the ones for selene and the travelling merchant were way worse. especially selene's... sheesh... also, magick archer is completely ridiculous.

Rangers just sound kind of boring, I guess, even if they aren't in practice. They sound like Striders without the climbing/stabbing or Magick Archers without the, uh, magick. Great Gambit sounds cool as h*ck though.

My main pawn was a ranger and idk which move it was but by the end of the game she would drop huge white explosions on monsters for 2+ health bars

Rangers make good pawns cos they seem to be able to do epic bow trickshots that I would probably not be able to do... it so so awesome when I fling someone into the air with a giant sword hit and instead of coming back down they get rocketed off a cliffs edge by an arrow hitting them in midair.

I went for a ride on a griffon near the iron hammer place on my way to ask about the grimioire and when the griffon flung me off I landed on top of a tower with a chest and when I opened it the grimioire was inside 😎
