Who is Kim Bei Fong the creator of NC-17 San?

He has also reviewed NC-17 rated movies using a Flash animated OC named "NC-17 San"; hackers have used her for brony related reviews much to Kim's disgust.

Kim Bei Fong is also a bit eccentric calling the Americans crybabies when he reviewed a famous documentary about the MPAA claiming his home countries version does worse. Kim Bei Fong has also offered commentary on the China big movie studios called Horrywood; which was often employed by big movie companies to make China friendly versions of banned movies; Kim called them "the Chinese counterpart to 4kids". Kim has also called the bronies "sissy pansy men".

How eccentric is he? He once claimed that This Film is Not Yet Rated is less nauseating than Equestria Girls despite them being rated at the opposite ends of the rating system. He claimed that the existence of snails in China were covered up more thoroughly than Tienanmen Square as he never saw one. He made a Flash cartoon version of Innocence of Muslims. He is also a regular fixture on the comedic new source The World Mud. Kim has also confused a tummy ache with pregnancy and stated that the spit shake made people physically incapable of lying. Kim has called Americans spoiled crybabies, refuses to touch FNAF, and sued Viacom over a review he ran being taken down.

Kim also has a black belt in multiple styles of martial arts (he like Pip are both foils to Stalin who despite the brutal reputation is quite physically soft; while the foils of Stalin are tougher and believe more in democracy; Kim Bei Fong in particular desires turning China into a super progressive social democracy with legalized marijuana and gay marriage).

On the first day of the first month of 1970; NC-17 San was born (this was the age she used when she lied through the age gate on a porn site in 2001 when she was 10).

NC-17 San is a eccentric but lovable tomboy waif but be wary she is quite the ladette and pretty athletic for her size; also very flat chested (she doesn't wear a bra claiming she is to flat for one). Likes: tacos, gaming, reviewing games, sweets, pastries, and meat, has admitted to liking burgers with gouda cheese and bacon, has smoked marijuana as well. Favorite game genres include RPG, Adventure, Space. Upgrades are also something she looks for.

Clothes: She often wears a pair of jean shorts, and a white business shirt with a tie with the words "NC-17”, and sneakers, has a pair of swim trunks that are blue and has pockets, wears a pair of brown mens sandals sometimes, she has a pair of fashion sandals but doesn’t usually wear these, a anklet is occasionally worn, has a green dress and a green pair of platformed sandals; but this for formal occasions.

Often She has had made many questionable claims of a comedic nature. Like one where NC-17 San claimed that she is the first tomboy to wear sandals. Other claims include how the University of Nevada, Las Vegas had monthly poker tournaments with a $100,000 cash prize with a diploma for the winner of his/her choice.

Her view on history is also comedic in nature. A major example of this is that any year before 2010 is called "Before-Bronies" and claimed that 2008 or 2 years Before-Bronies a violent struggle where many lives were lost called Warhammer 401K. She claimed it was a epic battle between capitalists and their hired goons; and the people who gave their lives to defend their money from their greed and decadent intentions to spend the money on decadent gluttony of expensive food items, visits to high-end brothels, and purchasing more Ferrari's and Lamborghini's. She also claims that Saddam Hussein coined the phrase "20% crueler".

One claim of hers is that a national stock exchange is ruled by a council of financial experts who despite their decadence are highly respected and have the gift of foresight. Also they aren't to be messed with as they made a banker who sabotaged thier yacht in a race and rubbed it in; and made the banker lose a lot of money by convincing them to grant loans to Enron (the council of experts knowing of the future bankruptcy they would have). Take a moment to guess what happened.

In her videos and lets plays she tends to make comparisons and descriptions. Like describing a piece of technology in her Let's Plays. In one example she claimed that her Stealth Bombers have futuristic features like stratospheric flight; reduced radar design; flares; cloaking device; on-board nuclear reactor to power said cloak (Yes the cloak hogs that much power); and it's jets have a special setting allowing one to reach mach 3 to escape for when heat seeking missiles find out about the heat the cloak gives off; also she claims the plane is unmanned as the cloak makes the plane rather unpleasant to be in. Even when the in-game description; icon; and model suggests otherwise. Also tends to ab-lip game lines. It is entirely possible she may have worked on a review while high on weed.

She also has a bunch of phrases and words to describe various things. Calls the various ancient Middle-Eastern dialects a "eldritch Cthulhu language". Frequently says "COD grenade" when playing video games; she also frequently says "COD reload" when refreshing web pages or playing video games; both phrases referencing the Call of Duty series of video games. She also calls computers "porn finders". Often uses the Japanese word "Daietto" instead of the english word Diet after seeing a episode of Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt. NC-17 San also has her own word for greedy capitalists who try to maximize profits and try to hold on to every penny that isn't spent on their decadent lifestyles (even if it means price gouging, pay cuts, and raiding employee IRAs) called "Poo Poo Stealers" because they were supposedly so incredibly greedy that they would raid celebrities septic tanks and take their poop just for it's sentimental value from being made by a celebrity and having the gold or silver flakes of their expensive food items. This particular word was inspired by a song on the kids station in the Sims 3 and not what Pope Francis said about the "Dung of the Devil". One phrase she uses is "Young Tablet" (a word she got from the Persian leader during her Xia Erlitou Let's Play Series) Which is used for either the most recently available tablet computer in a particular tablet line; but has also referred to a tablet that is less than a year old if a newer; better version comes out within a year of the last generation (which is still pretty new) beginning production. She also has a term called "Fat Break" which describes a lunch where someone eats particularly fatty foods (this is a bit hypocritical since she herself admitting to liking bacon incorporating food items); It can also refer to the extra time a fat person uses to regain energy in exercise when compared to a skinny person.

She also makes many references to pop culture. Sometimes referencing food items from certain fast-food restaurants. A lot of time it involves a reference to some meme or character from or involving the bronies or My Little Pony Friendship is Magic. She also mentions various gods, deities, spirits, and monsters. like claiming that speaking Danish is enough to awaken Thor from his mead induced hangovers. Another thing she claimed is that ancient Middle-Eastern dialects could awaken Cthulhu or other lovecraftian horrors. Slenderman also tends to be referenced. Various news items and historical and other events also tend to show up in NC-17 San's lines. Examples include: the escape of Richard Matt and David Sweat and Enron. Sometimes she can be heard humming songs like "In The Navy" in one instance. Games like Call of Duty, Minecraft, and Warhammer 40K are also referenced occasionally.

She has a habit of misestimating things using something overpowered or just plain the wrong thing. In one instance she tried to poison a patch of soil where anthills reoccurred and mushrooms grew by fertilizing it with cigarettes in hopes the tar and carcinogens would kill off the shrooms and ants... it didn't work. Her threats are ineffective at best and even mislead those into thinking she's less powerful than she is; In one instance threatening to go to someones house and eat their frozen meats while they sleep.
