Did they fix this one in the print as well? Can the colourist just not look at the page when they're doing Batman or something? It's only ever batman drawn this badly.

I think the artist draws over CG poser models, which can sometimes give a stilted cell-shaded animation type look, but that's (this book's) Dick's face. The issue is riffing on James Bond and general swinging super spy stuff much more than usual, so maybe there was influence.
