I should point out the print version has art fixed by the penciler. The colorist just ruined those panels.

Anyone have a scan of the print version? I'm curious what that was supposed to look like.

In addition to the more obvious fuckups, all the lighting is in the wrong places, creating weird impressions of deformed skulls and twisted limbs.

I honestly think that in a decade when Injustice is nothing but another "Supes turns evil" story in the annals of history, this page will be its sole epitaph.

That's really sad, since for a few years it was the best comic DC was putting out.

I like that there had to be at least a 20 second delay minimum between those two panels just for her to get down the stairs and then behind him.

It's funny because she wants him to stop hurting himself but given the angles in the first panel, the only way she could have put a concerned hand on his shoulder from behind is if she took the time to walk around him while he was slamming his fists on the post.

Can the colourist just not look at the page when they're doing Batman or something? It's only ever batman drawn this badly.

It's probably because Batman had one of the silliest redesigns for Injustice (the game) and so the comic has to stick to it and artists/colorists have a hard time drawing/coloring it versus traditional Batman suits. That's my theory anyway.

That surprises me. Unless this is a deliberate homage, because Dick is looking very Archer in that first panel.

Teenage Fansub

I think the artist draws over CG poser models, which can sometimes give a stilted cell-shaded animation type look, but that's (this book's) Dick's face.
The issue is riffing on James Bond and general swinging super spy stuff much more than usual, so maybe there was influence.
