Out of everything, I think the "imgur doesn't appreciate OC" posts are the worst. Check the profiles of those people, and their only contributions are usual just animated gifs with fake subtitles about how imgur doesn't like "oc"

Except on Facebook there's things like "privacy settings" and you have to actively search someone's name to see what they're posting. 95% of the people that are seeing that image are people that don't know him at all and the other 5% are people that maybe recognize his username or follow his non-personal content but probably don't even know what his real name is. It's not analogous in the slightest.

I haven't seen the show, so my experience with the character is purely of the "he says what everyone else is too pussy to say" and "how to be a real man" variety.
