Also Manziel's base salary is probably quite a bit higher than anyone who might give him a shot wants to pay for him $1.7m next year, $1m with a 250K roster bonus the following. I doubt anyone wants to pay him anything but the minimum which is like $600k

I think that Mary Kay getting that position came with the stipulation that she was going to be, like you said, the Browns mouthpiece.
