I'm just going to clear my throat and say again that I'm actually gay and I don't think the Pavel party is appropriate for here. No judgements on Pavel's sexuality but I don't think Laserface is really that stupid for assuming at least some of those pictures were intended as homosexual pornography. I know how wrong I am about this but I thought this thread was maybe supposed to be about Australian politics or something...

Centrelink goes for jail sentences when people defraud the Commonwealth enough (like if it hits ten thou). It's not so much about cost recovery as deterrence.
