I tried to delete the DLC but failed. I'm stuck with these lovely glitched maps and playlists full of tryhards. Sony's OS design is loving stupid sometimes. Even deleting the entire game will not rid you of the DLC.

Yeah that's not a Sony thing. Even if you don't buy the DLC you get the maps as part of a greater patch that everyone gets, then when the game looks at the cod store it's says "yep, you get the DLC" and it unlocks automatically.
