But Cooper was THERE from the start playing an organizational role; The bold assertion under discussion was that Cooper was an important figure and Finnacum was just some dude who was hanging around. There's no argument that Cooper wasn't there from the beginning.

Why was an 18 year old kid there? She was meant to sing at the rally they were going to. There's video somewhere of her singing at the occupied sanctuary earlier in the week. Also, IIRC there were a few other non-leader people in those cars.

There once was a man named LaVoy Whose slave-run ranch gave him much joy But he was very much vexed That he had to send checks To a state that he wished to destroy So he grabbed up his tarp and his gun Told his wife and slaves "When I am done, It may cause quite a mess, But to save the US: We must burn it to change how it's run!" In the city of Burns LaVoy died Seems he loved his life less than his pride So he went for his gun After trying to run A blockade about which his friends lied. Now he rests 'neath a tarp in the ground As his wingnut friends all gather around So they might tell the tale That their fight did not fail And they actually won this by bounds

One of the other Bundy Boys missed too many court appearances while he was on probation so he's in jail too now. Some people on Twitter are saying that David Fry has been live streaming again. No idea how, but that is what people are saying. This is also a really good article about how there are ethical concerns since Ammons lawyers were at the refuge tallying laws being broken. Ethical Questions Surround Ammon Bundy’s Legal Team, Strategy

Will be interesting to see whether these lawyers turn out to be dumb enough to support this madness, or are just grifting their way to some Kickstarter cash. My guess is the latter but lol that's shady business. Also will be interesting to see if the government fucks with them. If they were there they can be called as witnesses, and you're called as a witness in a case it's usually pretty easy for opposing to file a motion to disqualify. Then again the name partner for that firm is the guy who got popped for soliciting a juvenile DUI defendant during his short stint as a district attorney. This should all be fun to watch.
