i meant more like  vs  the anime censors a lot of the dark poo poo that war, medieval times, and dragons fuckin poo poo up bring to the manga. can't be arsed to look for more examples, since i have no interest in the anime if it removes so much. just wanted to show what i meant by "dark"

So after spending six plus years watching everything on a computer monitor we finally got a new tv and we ended up watching anime and movies from the criterion collection all weekend. I couldn't help but laugh when they said they dunked one of the girls in blue paint so they could do composite shots under water. Apparently everyone was more willing to do crazy poo poo because Obayashi was such a nice cool guy on the set.
