If what he says about pornhub is true then he's exactly right and the taboo issue gets thrown in with other charges they won't get to stick for the sole purpose of destroying a persons character. It'll be interesting to see what type of evident nice they have on him, cookies, actual physical copies, files etc...

I'm pretty sure they can subpoena his ISP for his known IP address(es), and then pornhub for the links accessed from there (if that's actually the road they're going down and he doesn't have his own disgusting personal cache).

Life got in the way so I just finished Cambodia today, fun season. Sad to see Spencer come so close and lose but Jeremy is awesome so it's all good. Next season... Caleb from Big Brother? What? Why even bother?

If you want to listen to an interview with someone who is soul crushed by Survivor listen to that one. Listening to Spencer talk about the game really gave me second thoughts about even trying to get on the show (not that I would even if I applied). I have really enjoyed all the in depth interviews Rob has done about Cambodia because it really gave some good insight into the show. The big thing early was that he became infatuated with one of the women in the house and ended up creating this whole relationship in his head and kept spinning every minor encounter they had into some grand romantic gesture. Eventually half of the house was hating her as a manipulative person because they assumed Caleb's stories were at least partially true so figured she was leading him on since she made it clear to them she wasn't interested. Eventually someone manipulated Caleb into putting her on the block to teach her a lesson about how much she needed him, but she went home because (a) he had no actual power and (b) she wanted nothing to do with him. He made about 100 grandiose claims about how he had founded some popular clothes line or his father owned a huge ranch or he had his choice of reality shows or a million other things. Eventually BB aired a segment where his parents basically confirmed everything he said was some degree of lie or exaggeration and some of the stuff he said about them they couldn't even understand. He's basically Coach crossed with Brandon Hantz. And yeah, he's dumb as a box of rocks and loyal as a dog (as long as he isn't in love with you) so he's got "goat" written all over him. If someone figures out to how to manipulate him and encourage him to annoy everyone else he could go far. Especially since he's genuinely a great athlete. His role on BB was basically different players competing to manipulate him as their tool. Oh, he also said some racist and anti-gay stuff both that mostly happened off show. However, their TOS says directly that they report anything illegal directly to the FBI.
