The most danger the 2nd amendment has ever been in in recent history is from the NRA when that pernicious Huey Newton decided that the right to bear arms should also extend to black people, and encouraged them to use it. I don't particularly care about the gun issue but I do enjoy this little tidbit and the fact that the face of gun's rights is now the Bundy militia doing pratfalls over themselves for 41 days

Lindsay Graham's running around all the news channels declaring that he's going to block any Obama appointee who isn't "someone like Orin Hatch" because Obama and the Democrats broke the rules or something. He was kind of rambling. He also said he'd appoint a "qualified liberal" if Hillary is president but not if Obama is. The MSNBC tried to point out that this sound like a petty double standard but Lindsay wasn't giving. He did poo poo on Ted Cruz a bunch so that was fun.
