I'm playing XCOM for the first time and you guys are my soldiers. Sam Vimes is an absolute beast of a sniper and current squad MVP though in the last mission Kumba somehow killed an alien by shooting through the hull of a UFO

So what's everyone's favorite group set up in X-Com 2? Currently, I like running with 2 specialists (one full medic, one mostly combat), 2 full assault rangers and 2 grenadiers (one is mostly a bomber, one is mostly a heavy gunner). I haven't leveled up a PSI op yet, but I imagine one of them will get inserted in for a grenadier. Snipers are still good but I still find myself not using them as much in this game, mostly because having 2 rangers run around cutting down people is way too much fun.

TMMadman was the MVP of the latest mission with a suicidal kamikaze run against a floater that was holding the high ground which somehow saw him dodge a hail of gunfire right to the face before taking down his enemy

The meta story in asscreed always has been and always will be stupid, but it takes up maybe an hour per game so I'm fine with it. The actual games after 2 are hit-or-miss but there are some great ones. Brotherhood I actually like more than 2. Revelations is pretty forgetable but it finishes out Ezio and Altair's stories so I'm okay with it existing. AC3 is weird because the game itself is garbage, but it's also the best story after 2 and is the most important for the metastory. I would never recommend getting 100% in AC3 (I say as someone who did it) but like revelations I'd blast through it for the story. AC4 has a mediocre story, but the best combination of gameplay aditions from all the previous games that it's just so drat fun to play. I haven't finished Rogue (which seems to be AC4 part 2) so I can't comment on Unity or Liberation(?)

Second, high level assault rangers become basically unstoppable. It's awesome. I kind of want to run missions with like 4 rangers and 2 grenadiers, all in heavy armor and just rampage through everything.

The ending of AC2 is one of my favorite video game moments ever. Specifically when Minerva looks at the camera. All the AC games are good except 3 and Unity. Unity is horseshit. 3 is half great and half terrible so it's just mediocre in my eyes. I got Liberation with the white Vita and it's good but not great. Syndicate's really awesome and reminds me of Brotherhood. Honestly I'd play every mainline AC game except Unity if you like the series. Unity is just such a piece of poo poo.

I had a terrible run where Power of Pecota tried to capture an alien only to get sniped and we'd already used our only medkit on Allen Wren so he could kamikaze one guy that was pinning us in, all of which led TM to panic and kill the alien I was trying to capture but it didn't matter cause PoP bled out anyway  Time to get a new bunch of rookies bled in!

Medic specialist, assault ranger, sniper sharpshooter, gunner heavy, psi op and wild card slot. Usually fill it with a second ranger or a gunslinger. Team Balance! Hey Keane I've started to grow friendly muttonchops, which I'm pretty sure you have/had, how do you do to keep things even? Rather do you have a good easy method or am I just to continue using my razor very carefully and hoping it comes out evenly?
