Bang! You're dead.
When I see people with the half shaved hair style it reminds me of a cautionary tail about a girl who was half scalped by a lathe when her long hair, which she hadn't tied back, got caught in whatever was being worked on and the machine yanked it so hard it tore off the skin as well.

So I sometimes wince when I see people doing their hair like that, and not always because I think the person looks like a god damned tool.

just like how Livejournal poetry and jet black hair and unisex make-up went out of style in 2011. the emo trend was a nice one to watch crash and burn.

The thing is, there is always a newer generation that looks up at the guys preceding them and go: "how loving dumb"

Good idea, but i'm a bit concerned about the selection of objects. Not sure having your kid learning that latches, wheels, a phone, the toilet paper or especially door springs are toys is a good thing.

Like, I'd be pissed if my cat started playing with any of these.

I have a feeling that this thing was built from other random things the parent found at a hardware store.

Fashion is cyclical, only today's ADD addled youth have brought back every fashion at once. I even worked in an office at one point where someone thought it was fashionable to come in wearing a zoot suit. If nothing else it was a lot more colourful than the standard grey/blue/black outfits everyone else wore.

Older people get defensive and pissy about incandescent light bulbs, too. "drat gubmints and their planned obsolescence! I like my lightbulbs to waste 95% of energy in heat and give off only 5% of visible light!! :bahgawd:"

My whole place is LED bulbs, I could leave every single light on 24/7/365, and my energy bill would still be cheap as poo poo, but "They're taking away our freedom to buy the light bulbs I grew up with!! :bahgawd:"
