I just love how Sergey is this weird mess of things that happened in 5D's thrown together. He has the Earthbound monsters like the good part of 5D's and can even set the roads on fire, but he's also a weird mecha that can combine with his bike to form a ridiculous machine-human thing.

Man, now i'm thinking about it too hard, but I think the guest characters sorta fit two roles and now i'm going to put out a theory Maybe guest characters are decided to fit two roles: one as a rival of the main character of that series to showcase them as super duper strong duelists and the other a good buddy of the main character to showcase how good people of that dimension are, as such the former would be JACK, Ed/Phoenix (Jaden's got a dozen loving rivals, you can't guess who's here) and Kite, while the latter would be Crow, Asuka and probably another ZeXal character. While Yuma had a bunch of good buddies they dueled so little they make Asuka's duel record look fulfilling, and Shark is way too much of a jerk to fit in with Crow and Asuka, so i'm guessing that maybe Gauche or Alit would be the last guest character? Wow... Sergey really was the epitome of 5Ds. Earthbound Gods, had a machine transformation, and lost a duel he could have won by doing it the honorable way. So good, what a beautiful man, my opinionon him has done a complete 360 and then another 180. Seeing Roger freaking the gently caress out was amazing.
