Aw poo poo yes 100% watching for sure: Phoenix Wright - simulwatching with my buds Jojo - note to self, hurry up and marathon Egypt Arc And you thought there is never a girl online? - Please let this be hilariously terrible Sakamoto desu ga? - i don't know anything about this and I don't want to because I hear it's gonna be rad and I want to go in blind I love SOL: Pan de Peace! - I can only think of this as "Koufuku Graffiti, except just for bread", and I hope it'll be what I expect of this genre. Sansha Sanyou - I trust Dogakobo in this genre. Flying Witch - to appease my good chum Oui_Honeydew Maybe?: Kuma Miko - Definite 3-episode test based on the premise. graybook fucked around with this message at 20:12 on Feb 29, 2016 |

Kiznaiver might be cool. I love the Sakamoto desu ga manga, but I fear that watching it week to week instead of waiting for months for between new chapters might ruin the humor. Phoenix wright will kick rear end. I hope the show about Japanese spies during ww2 makes Americans furious.

This season is completely nuts. There's so many good things going on all at once, I have never had this many shows in one season that I've wanted to watch before. In rough order of my hype levels for them: Definitely Watching: My Hero Academia Jojo's 4: Diamond Is Unbreakable Phoenix Wright Flying Witch Gonna Try These: Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress Kumamiko Sakamoto Desu Ga? Tonkatsu DJ Agetarou This season is just loaded with cool things and there is no way I'll be able to keep up.

Definitely watching Flying Witch and Ace Attorney. Probably give My Hero Academy a try too. Might give Concrete Revolutio another chance sooner rather than later. And I'll go ahead and try whatever nonsense The Colonel/Namtab recommended I guess. Oh and Boy Maid just in case it ends up being ridiculous enough to be good. Mr. Unlucky posted:where the gently caress is 100 mob psycho MP100 unfortunately does not have a release date announced yet, but looking at the trailer that came out, it will probably be in the Summer season, and if not then it will absolutely be out for the Fall season. There's still like a month for them to surprise us all and announce it coming out this Spring, but that would be an extremely late announcement and is very unlikely. On the one hand, I wish it was out as soon as possible. On the other hand, there's so much this season that it's hard for me to be upset about one less show I absolutely need to watch being in the mix.

The Boy Maid manga was light & inoffensive and there's no reason to believe that the anime will be any different.

This is the season for surreal daily life anime! "Haven't you heard, I'm Sakamoto?", "Kumamiko" and "Flying Witch" are all manga we've talked about in the Surreal Daily Life Manga thread that are amazingly getting anime adaptations! So I'm totally gonna watch them this season -- a whole three anime, which is a huge number for me!!

Hmmmm....looking at this, some of my thoughts: First off, gently caress PonyCanyon from blocking the PV'd in the US. Like, why even? I'm definitely ready for Diamond is Unbreakable. My Hero Academia is a fun Manga, though we wil have to see if the Anime does it justice. Forgot about the Phoenix Wright anime. That is gonna be fun, especially deeing the reactions of people who never played the games. I read the first few chapters of Girl meets Bear, then promptly forgot about it. The same will probably happen for the show. As long as it doesn't go for the "Drama" route, I think Flying Witch will be good. Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress Looks gorgeous, and will probably be good, but I dislike the "zombie" genre, so unless I hear really good things, I will probably not watch this. Kiznaver might be good, depending on where the story goes, but it's by Trigger, which has had a spotty record so far for shows... Mayoiga falls int the same category. Hopefully it doesn't go all "Lord of the Flies" on us. Sousei no Onmyouji (Twin Exorcists): the manga had great character designs, and a cool, sleek look, but a pretty standard plot. Will probably check it out, though. I look at Big Order and think: "Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer", but lovely? Might still be good, but not holding out any hope. Didn't watch Ushio and Tora, but a lot of people liked the first season, so I guess it'll be fine. Bungou Stray Dogs might be good, but again, the show will have to sell me on it. Gekidol soounds like a cool concept, but I look at the studio behind it, and think of the last multimedia Anime project that comes to mind (Valkyrie Drive ). Still, if it's good, will give it a go. Will also probably watch Yu☆Gi☆Oh!: The Dark Side of Dimensions at some point in the future, unless it is really bad. It has the benefit of being written by the original Yu-Gi-Oh! author, though. I still need to get around to watching 3, but this coming season seems like I'll have ample time to do so. So far, out of the list, I'm likely to be watching the second cours/remnants of assclass, concrete revolutio and asterisk (For the love of God, why?!?), and I'll probably give at least a 3-episode test to: Joker Game And You Thought There Were No Girls in Netgames? My Hero Academia Kiznaiver Mayoiga I'm sure goon recommendations will wind up with me watching some other stuff (like they did with the Rakugo show this season) but nothing excites me overmuch.

poo poo, Spring is even more packed than I remember it being. Continuing Concretio Revolutio AssClass Usio and Tora Definite Watch JoJo Season 4. This is the only part of the manga I've read, and it's amazing. Super hype. My Hero Academia Just a really solid and fun shonen series with a cool artstyle. Checking Out No Chicks on the Internet: Will almost certainly be terrible, but how can I not? Big Order: I...kinda like the name? Flying Witch: I like witches I guess. Girl Meets Bear: Bears are cool and popular at parties. Iron Fortress: I fricken hate Zombie anything, but the trailer makes it look insane enough to be worth a shot. Phoenix Wright: I have only played one Phoenix Wright game, mostly because I couldn't get past that one case that wanted me to blow my 3DS with greater vigor than I could manage. Should be fun. Rinne: First season was decent-ish Takahashi light. On a less crowded season I'd be more likely to make time for it. Sakamato: Never read the manga, but I've heard good things. Twin Star Exorcists: The little bit of the manga I've read struck me as style over substance, but it's a cool enough style and concept that I want to see at least a bit more. Looks like a season with a good number of shows that will almost certainly be good/decent and a bunch of wildcards.
